1. Powerful 40W laser: The Sculpfun SF-A9 is equipped with a 40W laser head that offers high cutting performance. The laser power can be switched between 40W and 20W. This allows, for example, cutting 20 mm plywood or 6 mm dark acrylic in a single pass. The integrated heat pipe cooling ensures fast and even heat dissipation.
2. Safety Design: Equipped with an integrated tilt sensor – if the device is tilted above 15°, the laser automatically switches off and an alarm is triggered. Additional safety features include an emergency stop switch, child safety lock, and flame and temperature sensors. If the device detects flames or high temperatures during operation, it stops automatically, sounds an alarm, and moves itself to a safe position.
3.High speed up to 36,000 mm/min: The SF-A9 supports high-speed engraving at speeds up to 36,000 mm/min. Its stable frame construction ensures clean engraving results. In precision mode, the machine can cut with exceptional accuracy – ideal for precisely fitting components.
4. Precise Focusing System: The focus lever on the laser head is securely mounted and allows for an exact focus position. The red knob on the right side allows for rough adjustment of the laser module's height to the material; the upper knob is for fine adjustment.
5. Stable and easy to assemble: The all-metal construction gives the device high stability. The leveling structure of the metal supports and the high-quality linear guide of the X-axis enable a movement accuracy of 0.01 mm. The Y-axis uses adaptive rollers for smooth movements. Complete assembly is completed in just one step.
6. Height-adjustable machine: The included metal supports allow the machine height to be adjusted – ideal for processing taller objects and for a wide range of applications.
