Note: The S30 Ultra series can be expanded to 935×905 mm with the S30 XY expansion kit, but this requires an additional adapter cable.

The surface is generously sized and the build quality is very high – a future upgrade is unlikely to be necessary.

2. High-performance laser options with 22 W and 33 W: The S30 Ultra series utilizes an enhanced 6 W diode laser unit, resulting in higher actual power and cutting capability. Depending on requirements, 22 W and 33 W variants are available, based on a combination design.

3. Professional safety design: The devices feature an emergency stop switch and a child safety lock. In an emergency, a single press of a button is all it takes to stop the machine immediately. Once the key is removed, the machine cannot be switched on again – ideal for protecting against unintentional use by children.

4. Uniform design for easy upgrades: The S30 Ultra models offer consistently high compatibility. Power supply, structure, and laser cable are identical for all variants. Therefore, a later upgrade only requires replacing the laser head.

5. Toolbox, repair kit, focus column holder: The S30 Ultra series includes professional storage solutions for tools and maintenance accessories such as wrenches, tweezers, and nozzle cleaners. A special holder for the secure storage of the fixed focus column is integrated directly into the machine.

6. Reinforced 32-bit stepper motor: The powerful stepper motor with 4.2 kg·cm of torque (for comparison: standard devices approx. 3.1 kg·cm) enables fast movements. Even with heavier lasers, no motor replacement is necessary.

7. Replaceable protective lens: The S30 Ultra series laser is equipped with an innovative, replaceable lens. Its lifespan is more than ten times longer than that of conventional lasers. One replacement lens is included – additional lenses are available at a reasonable price.

8. Integrated high-pressure air nozzle: The built-in metal air nozzle, in conjunction with the connected pump, generates a powerful airflow. This increases the cutting speed by up to five times, removes residue, and produces significantly cleaner cut edges.

9. Updated 32-bit mainboard with air support: The new board supports automatic air control, Bluetooth connectivity and wireless machine control – independent of the USB cable.

10. Industrial precision in cutting: The high-precision linear guide of the X-axis enables engravings of industrial quality. Even fine details appear razor-sharp, without the typical wavy patterns of simpler machines.

11. Removable laser safety shield: The S30 series is equipped with a removable protective glass shield, which can be removed if necessary.

12. Stable and durable frame: The frame is made of high-strength aluminum and can withstand weights of up to 50 kg without warping. This makes the device extremely robust, stable over the long term, and future-proof – an upgrade is as simple as replacing the laser.
