Longer Ray5 - 10W laser engraver

The LONGER RAY5 10W is the more powerful variant of the RAY5 series and is aimed at users who want to perform not only precise engraving but also serious cutting. With an optical output power of up to 10–10.5 W, modern FAC laser compression, and a large working area of ​​approximately 400 × 400 mm, the RAY5 10W is ideally suited for workshop, maker, and small-batch production applications.

The finely focused laser dot of approximately 0.08 × 0.08 mm enables clean engravings with high detail, while the significantly higher power output compared to the 5W version offers noticeable advantages when cutting. This is supported by a maximum working speed of up to 10,000 mm/min and stable 32-bit control based on the ESP32.

Operation is possible either directly via the integrated 3.5-inch touchscreen or conveniently via Wi-Fi, USB, or TF card. Offline engraving is easily possible. LaserGRBL and LightBurn are supported for software integration (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Difference to the RAY5 5W version

Compared to the 5W version, the RAY5 10W offers significantly higher cutting performance and shorter processing times. While the 5W laser is primarily designed for engraving and cutting thin materials, the 10W version enables the cutting of considerably thicker materials with fewer passes.

This makes the RAY5 10W particularly suitable for users who regularly want to cut wood, plywood or dark acrylic and are looking for a more versatile laser for workshop and production tasks.
