The Antinsky Cold PEI Plate is a flexible PEI print bed for FDM printers, designed for reliable adhesion at low bed temperatures. This allows you to start up faster, save energy, and reduce warping without constantly heating the bed to high temperatures.
Particularly practical: After printing, the part is often easier to remove if the bed has cooled down to approximately 30 °C.
For slicer settings, Antinsky recommends Cool plate as the plate type for PLA and, depending on the material, other profiles as well as a first layer height of 0.20 mm and a first layer speed of 10 to 50 mm/s.
Regarding bed temperatures, Antinsky typically recommends 30 to 40 °C as a starting point for the first layer (PLA, PETG), while TPU is recommended at 30 to 50 °C for the first layer. ABS is not recommended, as high temperatures can shorten the lifespan of the board.
